Welcome to DIGITALOPS! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of DIGITALOPS' website and services.
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use DIGITALOPS' services if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions:
We offer web development, design, and digital marketing services tailored to our clients’ needs. Each service is outlined in a specific contract or agreement.
Before starting any project, DIGITALOPS and the Client must agree to a detailed written contract. This contract will specify the services, timeline, payment terms, and any additional responsibilities for both parties.
The services to be provided will be clearly outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Any additional services requested by the Client that fall outside of the initial agreement will be subject to additional charges.
All project timelines are estimates and can change based on the complexity of the work or unforeseen circumstances. DIGITALOPS will make every effort to complete the work within the agreed timeline.
All payments must be made in accordance with the payment terms specified in the contract. Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur a late fee.
A deposit may be required before any project work begins. This deposit will be a percentage of the total project cost, as outlined in the agreement.
Refunds are not available once the project work has begun. However, the Client may request a partial refund for unused services if the project is canceled, subject to the agency’s discretion.
Unless otherwise agreed, all intellectual property rights resulting from the project will be the property of DIGITALOPS until the project has been paid in full.
Upon full payment, the Client will own the rights to the project deliverables, including code, designs, and other materials produced during the project.
DIGITALOPS reserves the right to display the project on its website or portfolio unless explicitly restricted by the Client in writing.
Both DIGITALOPS and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the project. This obligation remains in effect even after the project is completed.
Either party may terminate the project agreement if the other party breaches any material terms. DIGITALOPS reserves the right to terminate the agreement if payment is not received or if the Client fails to provide the necessary assets or approvals.
DIGITALOPS will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages that arise from the project. Our liability for any claims will not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the project.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of USA. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of USA.
DIGITALOPS reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
